7:15am:  I ran later today because it is my day off. It was 25 degrees this morning but mostly no wind.  I ran the first 8 plus miles as a tempo run then dialed it down the last 7-8.  Legs feeling really good.  I ran 16.15 miles on my standard Chubbuck, ISU, then Satterfield loop.

It looks like my best friend from Idaho Falls is going to go to Tucson with me next month.  I still have room for 1 more in my condo if someone wants to split costs and save money.

I going to spend the rest of the day doing yardwork and putting up the Christmas lights since it is supposed to be in the upper 50's today and who knows how many nice days we have left.

I was thinking about going, but I have a football game next we that I'm playing in and I don't know how bad I'm going to get beat-up. It's definitely a good opportunity to get a good run in for the end of the year.

Bill, on your route you start out on Chubbuck Rd, and turn down Hiline Rd. then go up towards the Minidome and go around Redhill, then head back up to Satterfield Dr?

I'm looking for different routes with long mile runs.

Kory, that is pretty much the route I run. On the way back from ISU I go up over Monte Vista over the freeway and then down Booth Rd. Then I head up Satterfield.

Hello Bill. So, I have a reservation at the Hilton where the expo is located, but I'm interested in your condo. What's the cost and location?

Mark,

It looks like I already have someone to stay with us.....but it is a maybe. The condo is in Oro Valley so it is within a few miles of the finish line. The condo is $140 a night and we are splitting that.
