6:30am:  Nice morning, temps in low 40's.  Felt better today.  Was a bit tired on Wednesday after double on Tues.  Ran some nice miles after warm-up and felt good.

I registered for the Tucson marathon (Dec 7th)last night.  I am going with Brett from Rexburg.  He got us a great condo to stay in.

Cool about Tuscon. You are talking about Brett Z. correct? I haven't talked to him lately, how is he doing? Are you guys driving or flying down?

I thought about doing Tucson myself, but I wanted to hold off and get more training in to make sure I can get a good performance. Although, that course is really downhill and looks fast.

Good luck I really think you have a shot at going under 3 hours. Just remember to back off the training a bit when it gets close. Over-training is no good going into a marathon that you want to perform well in.

Jeff. Yes it is Brett Zundel. He is still having issues since his neck injury. He ran TOU and SGM in the last month with very little training and is trying to get back in it. We are flying down to Tucson.
