12 miles, 5am. Treadmill in my brother's basement, sleeping kids (that I was responsible for while he vacationed in Spain) upstairs.
am: 8.5 miles - easy warm-up, then 1 min at RP, 2 min at TH
pm: 4.5 miles - easy miles, just trying to get legs ready to run "tired"
6 miles. 10 min warm-up, then 1min at RP, 1 min at TH
pm: 10 miles; almost didn't get out the door today, still recovering from some health issues that I thought were going to take me out for the year. Hopefully I have time to get ready for this marathon!
10 miles; 10 min warm-up followed by 1 min at RP, 2 min at TH for 60 min, finished out the 10 miles at recovery pace.
