Feeling under the weather - ran a mile in 9:55 at the lake.
sick today. 11:09 mile
I ran about a 10:55 mile today. Still feeling sick, hoping to get back to two miles tomorrow.
Feeling better today! my first mile was: 10:35 and my second was: 11:35. and then I added about .4, so I ran 2.4 overall.
I went slower the second mile but I hope to do better next week.
