30 min cross training at about 830 am. 15 on CII Rower had to use my own watch. 4 minutes moderate:1hard. !5 Minutes on Bike.Rrandom at level 5.

JD at about 10 am. ran up the hill and out and around the industrial park. Never felt comfortable the entire run. My legs felt heavy and my calves were sore. They improved as the run progressed but have been very sore ever since. 

Have had some kind of mild bug this week which has made me lay low on mileage and cross training. Saturday I will run 8 on the treadmill to give my legs a little more rest.

Most runs feel great. Some don't. This one didn't.

Ran on the TM at the aqt center in the evening. Wanted to give my legs a break from the roads and have a bit of a step back week. The run felt great. I felt very strong throughout and feel great afterwards. Whatever bug I had is gone and I am ready to really hit it hard next week.
