Thanks Kelli! I am following the FIRST training principles and so far I feel like I am right where I want to be. Are you running Painters this year?

I believe so...still kind of undecided. Last year I ran it and paced a friend so I really want to go an run it for myself and see how I can do. But I liked the course. Have you run it before?
