Man alive, you kick butt on the treadmill!! I can not for the life of me go fast on those things. Hate 'em, but will start using them more and more I am sure. It is SO cold out there and I am not fond of being numb all day.
Can running shoes really smell bad in a gym? Really? Everything smells bad in a gym, there is sweat flying everywhere!

Kelli - I am embarassed to say that my running shoes actually do (or did) smell that bad. Even when the gym was full no one would get onto the treadmills on either side of me. Very embarassing. Thats OK. I'm not much of a talker when I'm running. Finally washed all four pairs of running shoes last night.
