More miles than I should do at marathon pace but I had some pent up energy to burn since I didn't get a run in yesterday. As most the runners on the blog, I am constantly trying to juggle family, work, and running. I've recently took a different position at work and its really eating into my running time. Running is not as important as work but it is close. I've passed up regional managerial positions to avoid the travel required, which would disrupt my running. So taking any new position at work that requires more hours (10+) just isn't worth the increase in pay. I really need to think about quality of life issues that new position is taking from. |
