Canyon run. Got snowed on! Ran with Jeff, who just ran the St George Ironman. He was keeping a decent pace given the fact I still wouln't be walking had I just ran an Ironman.

Glad to see you are in too! Now that I know I am running St. George, my plans have changed a lil bit. Instead of going to Utah this summer, I'm just going to go about a 1 1/2 week before the race. Hopefully this will be enough time to let me acclimatize to the altitude and get in some good runs. I'll be in West Valley during that time.
