8 marathons and a few triathlons.  Marathon PR: 3:26:20 (Ogden Marathon 2006)

February 13th - SLC Track Club Winter Series 10-k 

April 3rd - Striders 1/2 Marathon

May 15th - Ogden Marathon

June 12th - Cache Valley Classic Triathlon (Olympic)

Rode into the office today.  Cancelled my parking card May 1st to force me on my bike every morning.  Hopefully the weather cooperates.

Run from office to Shriners via 11th Ave. and back.

Should get about 26 miles on the bike today plus 8 running.

Yes Kelli, I am freezing on my bike. Its making me rethink this whole ride-in-ride-out thing. I need to toughen up anyway if I want to be like you :)
