Progression run. Ran two miles to slow to see how hip flexor felt. No problems so I decided to go forward with the planned progression run. This would be the last intense run until I get back from Italy so I decided to push my limits. 1 hour progression run starting at a 7:30 pace then bumping it up a 1 mph on the TM for each additional mile. Final 1.32 miles I ran at a 6:52 pace. Total miles 8.32. Av pace: 7:13. Final 2 miles I was pushing my limits. 2 mile cool. 15 minutes of cleaning all the sweat of the TM. |
