Had the blahs today.  A little running burnout. Probably from not performing as well as I thought I should have at my last race.  It took me 8 miles, yes 8, to get into a rythm.  Two quick miles at the end.  Maybe it was all the sushi I had last night with my brother.

Total time: 1:23:10

Av pace: 8:19

Good run Lyman. It's ok, we all have those days. Hope you have a better work out next time. I know you will! Keep up the great training!

Thanks Vinh. I'm not sure whats up. I've been running a fever off and on for the past three days and feeling just plain sick. I'll get some rest this weekend.
