Treadmill miles @ about a 8:15 pace.  Slow but enjoyable for a treadmill.  Little to no pain in regards to the stress fracture.  Slowly increasing the miles.  It sure does feel good to run again.

Welcome back! I am glad to hear the stress fracture is healing...hope 2008 will be a great running year for you. Take it easy on your training and work back to where you want to be, there isn't a hurry. You have some time to get your base ready for Ogden training and then plan a late summer/fall marathon for your "goal" race and that BQ!

Thanks for the note. I had to completely stop reading the blog while I was unable to run. It is so frustrating to read other people's entries when I couldn't run at all. It looks like you are headed for a great race in Phoenix. I wish I could join you at the race but I'll settle for a good race report from you.
