First 3 miles in a row since April 7th. On treadmill, 5.3 mph most of the time. Surprisingly, I felt fine. I actually feel a little bit better now than I did before I ran. I've felt blah all day because I couldn't drag my sorry self to bed until WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too late last night.
According to my fancy-schmancy bathroom scale, my bone density has increased since I started running. Cool!
One item of concern: the bottoms of my feet have been a little tender or sore or something first thing in the morning. Is this a precursor to an injury? Any tips? |
