3 miles at 3 am. Temp was nice! I really liked not having a lot of cars zooming by. Saw 2 cars the whole run. I didn't do the tempo at Sasha's request. Plus I was reading a book about running injuries last night and it said not to try to increase weekly distance on the same week that you add speed workouts. Anyway, I liked running way early (other than the 1st 5 minutes). The only problem was that I kept waking up all night long. Is it time to run!? Is it time to run!? Plus my children woke me up a couple of times, so I'm a little tired--even though I went back to bed after my run. I'll have to give it another try to see if it is going to work for me.
