Running Accomplishments:

I ran my first marathon as a teenager in 1981 with my Dad (The Coronado Marathon). Since then I've run St, George (3x) Utah Valley (3x) Ogden (1 full, 2 halves) Park City (1 x) Boston Marathon (1x) Washington DC (1x) Moab Half Marathon (6x) ,Ye Old Freedom Festival 5 & 10K (a million x) and many others.

But I'm all done with that now.  I'm officially a jogger.

Short-Term Running Goals:

My running goal is to keep on keepin' on.

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Jog into the sunset.

27 degrees! a victory.  I took a little jaunt up to Rock Canyon and Back and then spent the rest of the afternoon skiing really, really fast with 6th graders. I hardly even crashed except when that one kid cut right in front to finish the solomon poles before me. I'll show him next time. He'll be sorry he crossed me.

It was so fun to get together wasn't it? I loved seeing you, it's been too long and the rest of the day I spent regretting that I could not do the long run with you on Saturday. My sis is here one more week. I hope we can get a long run in togehter if not before Boston, then for Utah Valley. I'm going super slow as well. Take care of that knee. XOXO
