I ran my first marathon as a teenager in 1981 with my Dad (The Coronado Marathon). Since then I've run St, George (3x) Utah Valley (3x) Ogden (1 full, 2 halves) Park City (1 x) Boston Marathon (1x) Washington DC (1x) Moab Half Marathon (6x) ,Ye Old Freedom Festival 5 & 10K (a million x) and many others.

But I'm all done with that now. I'm officially a jogger.

My running goal is to keep on keepin' on.

Jog into the sunset.

Here's a tip. You know for sure when you need a new running bra when your boobs fall out the bottom. It's so ironic becasue most of my life I've spent spilling over the top. My, how time and elastic fail you. Also, don't be lazy like me and put your running bras in the dryer. Let this be a lesson to you.

What do you mean no sports bras in the dryer? I put everything in the dryer including the cashmere and dry-clean only. I usually try to do it right upfront because I figure it will accidentally end up in the dryer eventually and this way I can establish our relationship at the beginning before I become attached to an article of clothing that might not have the fortitude to stick it out with me. If your sports bras can't handle the dryer, Luz, they aren't hardcore enough to handle you :).

Look at you Cath, challenging fate with your cashmere! You are truly the velvet fist....to be fair to the Title Nine company, the bras have seen 7 years of wash and wear, and have been around 20,000 miles or so. Truly, it's time for some new ones. But I totally agree. If it doesn't belong in the dryer, it can go back to wherever it came from. Unless you'd like to keep it 9 or 10 years, in which case keep it out of the dryer.
