I ran my first marathon as a teenager in 1981 with my Dad (The Coronado Marathon). Since then I've run St, George (3x) Utah Valley (3x) Ogden (1 full, 2 halves) Park City (1 x) Boston Marathon (1x) Washington DC (1x) Moab Half Marathon (6x) ,Ye Old Freedom Festival 5 & 10K (a million x) and many others.
But I'm all done with that now. I'm officially a jogger.

Excellent run! Hope the company was as wonderful as I have to imagine it being.

Did I leave too much to the imagination? Sorry, I have not been as prolific (i.e.verbose) since moving away from the other end of the river trail. The far-away noise of the cars on this side of the canyon, and the degree of difficulty it takes for me to get to where it is marginally and acceptably beautiful have taken the poetry right out of me. But yes, Smooth as always is stellar company. Running with her is always a tune-up for me. She tells me not to slump, how to hold my pelvis, and keeps me clipping right along. I was kind of tired, so I can't say the conversation was very inspired. But you know Smooth, we're all lucky who know her :) I know you're dying to get out there too so I don't want to make it sound better than it was. I'd planned to do 18, but lost my base over the past few weeks, so I left it at 14. It was a solid effort. And now I'm feeling better and stronger because of it. I hope you're holding back too....no injuries, no regrets, right?
