I ran my first marathon as a teenager in 1981 with my Dad (The Coronado Marathon). Since then I've run St, George (3x) Utah Valley (3x) Ogden (1 full, 2 halves) Park City (1 x) Boston Marathon (1x) Washington DC (1x) Moab Half Marathon (6x) ,Ye Old Freedom Festival 5 & 10K (a million x) and many others.
But I'm all done with that now. I'm officially a jogger.
9:28 ap This low mileage is making me anxious. I really do think however, that running just 4-6 miles a day is what my body can handle. I feel great....

We need to come up and run with you soon! I feel creaky too, I hope all goes well for you tomorrow. At least there isn't any more rain in the forecast for Ogden! I wish I was going with you tomorrow! I love race-day excitment. We'll see you soon though!

The staging area will be muddy! There was report of a landslide on the highway east of Pineview Reservoir. So I hope it's not going to affect the marathon course! But I'm not worried. I am just going to have fun! Wish you were coming up!
And yes, we will see each other soon! I hope you are still running UVM!!! :)
