Wow, these miles were hard. I am not sure if it is because I didn't run yesterday or residual from the marathon. This run sucked. I had to force myself to complete even those miles. I wanted to do more, but didn't have it in me. Tomorrow will be better. I called my sister-in-law to find out about her day. We had a great talk. She had a rough day; tomorrow will be better we decided.

Thanks for your post. It is real discouraging not being able to run. I was looking at my most recent marathon pics and they look like some old man snatched my body! When did I start looking so old! Tomorrow will be better! It has to be, or i will be ordering a walker!

Maybe you should post the worst one on the discussion forum and ask people to write captions. They say laughter is the best medicine. Feel better!
