Shake out miles after my "little race" on Sunday. I intended to walk much of it, but running in the first mile hurt less than walking so I ran. Picked up the pace the last 3.5 miles and they were like a normal easy training run. Now I feel great. I am not surprised that it was easier to run than walk since I unintentionally walked so much on Sunday. That walking I was not trained for. Maybe I should have run yesterday too. |
