Ladder workout 400, 200 100 (x2) with equal recovery. Half in hills on streets, half on hills on golf course. We really worked the hills. Great shake out workout. I used different muscle fibers than yesterday so I felt great at the end of the workout. A couple of years ago I would have never tried to do any type of speed work the day after a long run.

Wow, I'm impressed! You ran so far yesterday, but you felt great after speedwork. Double wow.

Hey that salad you mention in my blog sounds GOOD! You must be a good cook. You know what I would really like to learn to make is vegetarian dinners that go over well with little kids. I figure beans must be involved somehow in order to get sufficient protein. Any favorites?
