Workout was planned for 8.25 miles with "stuff" as the coach calls it. Warmed up and then ran a tempo at marathon pace (I took it a bit slower because of my last week) for three miles. I paced a new guy to the group and he was happy for the company who could keep a steady pace. Then we ran a half mile and then did 8x200 with 200 rest between. I didn't record my splits as I never wear a watch. Then we ran back and in that run we ran a mile at tempo pace, but I didn't count it as fast because I didn't put in the effort. I am happy I ran. I still have my migraine.

Thanks for your commments on my post yesterday.

Oh Lulu honey...you need a good massage. Does your husband do a decent job or do you know a good therapist? Maybe that would help you relax? Have a good day!

Oh my gosh, Lulu! How can you run with a migraine? Wow, I am just...speechless. But impressed! And oh, so so sorry about everything you are going through right now. You are doing all the right things--and nothing bad lasts forever. You will overcome!
