Not what I had planned for today either. I planned to run early then help with a local race. I ran easy but didn't feel great. I ran for a while then cleaned up and changed my clothes (I can't hang around in sweating clothes) and ran over to the fun run. I worked registration and helped direct traffic during the race. Then I ran about 0.3 miles home. I thought I might run more later in the day.

I felt pretty cruddy the rest of the day. We took family pictures in the evening and went to dinner. I never really felt all right to run more.
