No long run this weekend. I am having trouble eating enough. I lost two pounds this week -- which is entirely too much. At this point in my training I usually lose a little bit which puts me at "race weight" by race day. However, I cannot keep this up, as I am nearly there and have too much time before the race. In my efforts to try to hydrate properly, adequate stomach space for food has been limited. It sucks! I've had this problem before. I know a bunch of people would kill for this problem, but it is affecting my training. |
