I'm back!  Okay, I've been actively engaged in excercise, just not running.  But today I took my first run after3 months of not! I was  bit scared, I admit.  It took me a week to build up my courage.  But when my friend volunteered to babysit for an hour, I had no more excuses.

It was a gorgeous day!  I loved every second of it. Although my arms got really achy from holding them up. I have been doing P90X and really working out my arms, shoulders, back, etc. I thought it would make me stronger, but it kind of feels like its had a negative impact on my running. We'll see as time goes by.

Also, I ran in racers today. I've never done that before. It was quite fun. I wish I knew my pace.
