| | Easy 3 miles this morning. 6 miles this afternoon with the boys. We did a warm up over to Hidden Valley and then did 6x1:00min. hard/1:00 min. easy with a cool down. Good to get some turnover in the legs. I have been in a major funk lately with running and decided to get out of it. I had a close friend lose his sister this past week and it got me thinking about a lot of things. Even though I am busy, I need to make time for my running. It helps me out a ton.

| | 3 miles in the morning. 5 miles with the girls out on the trails. I then did 4 more miles up along River Rd. I got home and did a 1.5 mile run with Katey while pushing Oliver and Norah. It was a great afternoon for running.

| | 3 miles in the morning. 7.6 miles in the afternoon. Did a warm up with the boys over to Little Valley Park and then did some pick ups. 1:1, 2:2, 3:3, 3:3, 2:2, 1:1 with the cool down back to the school. Nice run with a great pack held together. Feels good to get the legs moving again.

| | 2 miles before I met up with Clyde for a run. I was going to go longer but I had bathroom issues :) Clyde and I did our usual Wednesday morning loop. Cold enough I needed to borrow some gloves (mid 30s). Great morning for a run though. Good to meet up with Clyde again. 5 miles pushing Oliver around Santa Clara and Ivins while my sister and Dad rode bikes next to me. Lots of fun doing this. Oliver fell asleep in the stroller. Best week in a long time. I think I can maintain 70 miles a week through the winter. This is manageable. Might consider hopping into a spring marathon.
