| | 7.5 miles this morning with the boys out towards the backside of Little Black Mtn. Solid pace and excited for this group. Actually had colder temps with a cold breeze. Lots of positives early on.
6 more miles this afternoon. Temps were in the upper 70s so I enjoyed this one quite a bit. Apparently, I have not jumped at the opportunity to look for the Summit Rock. Everyone was out this afternoon.

| | 6.5 miles this morning. Ran with the girls from the school towards Little Valley. Like what I am seeing from them. Kids camp afterward. Basically herded cats for an hour. Still lots of fun though.
5 miles this afternoon. Temps were still a little cooler but warm enough to make me sweat. Did Fartleks between light poles the last 2 miles.

| | Did a few miles before practice out in Warner Valley and then did a little tempo run with the girls. Great stuff from them today. Good little push for them early in the summer. 10 miles total this morning.

| | 9 miles out on Prospector. Lots of kids gone for a number of different things so I ran with the younger crew today. Really pumped for them. Pushed a little extra with Kyler. He is going to turn some heads this year.
3 more miles this afternoon around Bloomington while the kids rode their bikes alongside me. Lots of fun with them.

| | 10 total miles this morning. 5 miles around Bloomington and then another 5 with the girls at practice. Good stuff all around. I seem to be getting more into a groove and out of my major funk. Glad to see this.

| | Up north for a quick trip to see family. Ran from my brother's house in West Valley and caught the Jordan River Parkway. Very pretty run along the river. Cool to see this trail go on forever. It was actually quite warm. Soaked off in the river a couple times. 7:13/mile. Now off to Hogle Zoo for National Giraffe Day.
