| | 14 miles this morning. Did 2 miles before the Circle of Trust + Billy Boy + SteveO. Nice loop as usual this morning with the guys. Extended a little afterwards to get 14 for the morning. Looped around Webb Hill today to get 20+ miles for the day.

| | Did a fair amount of moving stuff around my classroom. Also had a few meetings with parents. First day of summer! Ended running from the high school, through Bloomington, up along Dixie Dr., and then back to the house. Solid run but I was really depleted at the end due to the heat it was hot. 15 miles total.

| | Slept in for the first time in a long time on a Saturday. Did a bunch of stuff around the house. Katey and the kids are gone so it was really quiet. Ended up going out at 8:00pm. Did my usual loop from the house down along Dixie Dr. and then back towards Snow Canyon Parkway. I ended up doing 4 crummy miles of tempo. Nothing spectacular. I dragged myself back home and took an ice bath and cold shower. The temps are really start to heat up. I felt really flat all week. I hope to get some quality speed workouts in next week to see how everything feels. We shall see.
