Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

10 miles this afternoon from the school. Went and looped into Bloomington and then back down along the River Trail. Extended a little to Hidden Valley Park. It was a little crazy with the wind and rain but the cooler temps helped out. 7:28/mile.

2 easy miles this morning to shake the legs out.

10 miles from my parent's house over by the new Crimson Cliffs High School. Lots of building going on. Really crazy! 7:13/mile. My Mom biked alongside me. It was fun having her with me.
