| | 8.1 miles this morning around Webb Hill with Trevor. Sleep and cooler temps helped a lot. 6:39/mile.
6 more miles later this evening. Listened to music for the first ever on a run. Might help with these doubles. Ran into Chelmer and his Dad. Good little chat.

| | Ran 10 miles with Matt Thatcher this morning. Looped around in Little Valley with him. 6:50/mile. Great weather and conversation.
Aquajogged and did some exercises in the pool this afternoon. This helped loosen up the legs.

| | Matt Thatcher is going to Indiana so he wanted to do a 20 miler this morning. I wasn't planning on this but mind as well be a little wild and crazy every so often.
We started at 5am and ran from my place out towards Little Valley. It was still quite warm this morning. The water at Little Valley Park helped a ton. We got 10 miles in before we met up with Trevor and looped around Webb Hill down along River Road and back for another 10. My body felt good but I was just sleepy the last 2-3 miles. I need to get better sleep to recover. 6:49/mile overall for 20 miles. Solid effort for this morning. The cloud cover helped a ton.

| | Had to come up north to help the family with some things. I ran from the hotel off 5400 South and caught the Jordan River Parkway Trail. Lots of people out. Headed south. I did an out and back. Cloud cover and a little rain made it perfect. 7:00/mile overall for 12 miles.

| | Still up in Salt Lake. Ran north along the Jordan River Parkway this morning. Trees along the trail made it enjoyable. I was having some fun and chased a couple guys down. Felt good this morning. 10 miles total at 6:42/mile. I got back to the hotel and ran a barefoot mile on the grass. Great way to end the week. Feeling stronger every day.
