Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

Ran the first 1.75 miles while pushing Norah in the jogging stroller. 

Katey came along and pushed her back home while extended along the Snow

Canyon Parkway in order to get 8 miles for the day.

Had the boys' soccer team car wash all morning.  Clyde and Mik'l came

over for a free car wash so Clyde and I set something up for the

afternoon.  It was really hot (80+ degrees)!  We met at the Dixie

Center and went out towards SunRiver.  It was fun seeing the kite

festival from a distance.  We didn't push the pace to hard and ended up

doing 6:56/mile overall.
