Big workout on my birthday. I did a warm up into Kayenta, took a VRPB, and then did a 5 mile tempo run with a cool down over into Santa Clara. My mile splits were: 5:26, 5:24, 5:25, 5:22, 5:24. I averaged 6:37/mile for the entire run. I was happy with this morning. I was really tired this morning but I was able to push through it. |
