6 miles in the morning. 4 miles in the afternoon. I woke up and got a nice 6 miles in this morning. I went around Santa Clara and enjoyed the run. I did another 4 miles later in the evening because I needed to get out a double. It has been too long. I wore my tight Coreshorts and I can handle the minor pain in the leg better with these on. I will continue to run with these for a while and see if anything gets better.
