| | Planned on meeting some of the TEAM to run out by Jacob Hamblin but Katey had an appointment this morning.
Went out a little later and ran 12 miles along the River Trail. Really nice weather. 7:01/mile.
Went and did a big 4 mile hike with the family afterward. A little tired at the end of the day.

| | Weights and then 3 miles this morning with the TEAM.
Another progression run on the track with the girls. They are being great at helping each other and being patient with not doing too much too early. 3 miles total for the progression run. 7.5 miles total.

| | 2 miles before weights and then 3 more miles with the TEAM after.
6.5 miles this afternoon doing our first 400m workout with RHR. Hopped in with the Silver Boys and hit between 1:22-1:25. Proud of these 9th grade boys and girls who are really doing well right now.

| | Norah's getting baptized today so I couldn't go run with the TEAM. It was almost 70 degrees yesterday and then today it was 30 degrees with lots of rain and wind. Haven't run in the rain for a while but it was kind of fun. Sopping wet but very enjoyable. Did the same route as last Saturday through SunRiver. I am starting to become a regular now out there. 7:11/mile for 16 miles.
Another solid week for me. Feeling more positive and excited again. It has been a while.
