I met up with Clyde at the DC and then went out towards the BearPaw trail.  We stayed on that for a while and then looped around into Green Valley.  It was a perfect day for a run and a nice finish to the week.  It was good chatting with Clyde again.

I think I saw you riding the scooter to work this morning, heading up Tonaquint Drive around 7:20 all bundled up.

Hey Coach. I have a question for you!

Logan hey where is your injury? I have a pain that I have had really sense last year... upper upper hamstring, deep in the glut area, it has flared up in recent weeks especially sense the Moab 1/2... is this similar to yours?? any advice on it?

Logan- Where art thou? Hey Saturday morning we are meeting at the church by the old store and doing a run down the course... 6 a.m be there or be square.

The only advice I have is try and keep the tempo easy. Pushing things only hurts it more. However I'm not out of the woods at all with it so I'd take any advice myself. Sucks!

Clyde, If I was going to be in town I would have come Saturday. I love running the course! Ran it last Saturday and had a great time. I am planning on running it again next Saturday when I am back in town. I am only a few weeks from running the Salt lake marathon and need to get the miles in. Have a great time Saturday!

Hey - How have you been feeling? Any progress with the Hami?
