8 miles in the morning. 3.10 miles in the afternoon. First double I have done in a long time. It wasn't much but it sure felt good. I ran around Santa Clara Heights this morning and then did a 5k in between my break from Parent Teacher Conferences. Also did some weights after I ran this afternoon. It felt good. Knock on wood!
I need to keep the doubles up and hit the trails quite a bit.
