Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

Small workout this morning in the cold weather.  I did a 2 mile warm up and then 3 mile tempo run with a 2 mile cool down.  My tempo miles were: 5:22, 5:21, 5:19.  Happy with this.

2.5 miles this afternoon with the soccer boys.  Nice afternoon weather.

Club run tonight with the guys at the DC.  9.30miles at 6:40/mile.  Nothing fancy but did enjoy the conversation.

I don't know how you do a tempo in these temps. My body just tells me 8's are all you are going to get...lol My tempo's this morning were 7:52 and 8:02 Nice workout Logan! You are my hero
