Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

Drove back down to Logan this morning to head back to the in-laws. Ran in Logan today. Lots of sun but it was the coldest temperature wise all week. It was a balmy 12 degrees. The moustache froze over today. I might try and get a picture up. I ran up towards Smithfield and back.

Deer count = saw 12 total this week

Wild Turkey Count = saw 6 total for the week

Decent week running in the frozen tundra. Really pretty with all of the white snow but extremely cold. Need to get back to St. George quick.
