I met up at the Hooper complex and went on a run with Steve and Clyde.  We did a 13 miler out towards the new airport and then around towards Blue Bunny and then back to the complex.  The hamstring was extra tight today.  I don't know what is going on.  It was mostly trail running so it was a nice change of scenery.  I am thinking about getting some gravity boots to help me out with this problem :)  What do you think Clyde?

Nice end to a decent week.  Katey comes back from her personal training conference in California tomorrow and has a lot of great new ideas to help me out with my running.  I will do some workouts with her giving me advice so hopefully it will help me out.  I am planning on doing the Snow Canyon 1/2 next week but will have to see how the hamstring feels.  It will be good to do a race again.

I plan on winning the Snow Canyon Half next week. I plan on hitting 5:45s the whole way, so I know that's fast and you can try to stick with me if you want. So good luck with your preparation this week. Make sure you get some Big Workouts in to prepare you for the hurt you will feel come Saturday.

Good luck to both of you freaks next weekend in the half. There is no way I'm ready to race yet.

Logan I think Steve and Kendra know all about the gravity boots if your looking for advice.
