10 miles this morning with Steve and Clinton Rhoton. We did a warm up and then did a little 3 mile push. Nothing crazy but happy with it nonetheless. 6:27, 6:02, and a 5:30 last mile. I can tell the body is feeling much stronger. Excited to run more with Clinton as we train for the marathon.
1 1/2 hour mountain bike ride this evening with Amy, Nick, and John out on Secret Sauce. I almost wrecked about 10 times. Living on the edge.
