5.60 miles in the afternoon.
7 easy miles this morning around the wonderful town of Santa Clara. The legs felt much better this morning. I just need to keep drinking plenty of fluids and stretch in order to work this massage out.
I did a couple strides during my run this afternoon just to see if the legs are going to be okay for the 5k in the morning. I felt okay and I think I should live to tell about it. |
