3 miles in the morning with the team. Ran with the team over to do a workout on the region course. We did 4 x 4:00min. pick ups with 2:00 min. recovery. The grass was a little longer than I thought it was going to be. The team pushed really well today and it was good to see this since we didn't race very well on Friday. Hopped in to push the girls on their last couple. 8 miles total. Side note: upchucked my chow mein from lunch! Not pretty! I think I may have scared the kids a little.
