Big workout this morning starting at Clyde's house (13 total miles). It was 80+degrees at 4:50am. Yikes! The plan was 2 miles-1mile-2miles with 2:00min. recovery in between each one. I was a little worried about the heat but I knew I could get through the workout. I pushed with Aaron for the first two and hit 5:12 and 5:18. The third mile was 5:11. The last set was 5:18 and 5:17. I was happy with the workout but was extremely dehydrated after the run. I tried to drink water throughout the day at work. Still could do better with this. 5.15 miles this afternoon with the kids. I did a short warm up and then had the kids do 1:1, 2:2, 3:3, and 4:4 intervals on the track. I ran with the girls today so I could help push them. Everyone is running great right now. I am really excited!
