Met up with Kendra's running group this morning to do the marathon course.  Clyde, Mike, Bill, Aaron, me, and a girl from Toquerville went up and did 19 miles.  We eased into it and after Veyo Aaron and me picked up the pace.  I wanted to do the first 10 easy and then hit 6 miles up tempo pace and then cool down with some strides at the end.  We hit the 6 miles anywhere between 5:38 and 5:21.  I finished the 6 and Aaron decided to continue with the pace back to the church.  We passed hundreds of people going down the course.  I ran into my buddy and his brother and ran with them for a little bit.  I finished the run with 8x100m strides.  It was nice to see I averaged 6:22/mile for the entire run.  Solid run and happy to end the week on a positive note.

For those of you who don't believe St. George gets bad weather think again.  It hailed and was windy and rainy last night.  It blew tables and chairs into my parent's pool.  The hail was so bid and hard it put holes in the back of their house.  I helped my dad clean out the pool and get the house fixed up again.  We lucked out and didn't have any damage at our house.  What an adventure!

I went and saw April this afternoon to get a massage.  It has been a little while and I will just say she made me cry a little bit.  I was pretty tight all over.
