Met up with Clyde, Dave, and Steve at 5am to get our workout in. We did the same loop as last week. We did a 3 mile warm up and then did 5 miles at Tinman pace down towards the Dixie Center and then back into Bloomington Hills. We went a little faster than Tinman and I averaged 5:46/mile. We then cooled down back to Clyde's house. It was a good workout to get in. I did 4.5 miles with the girls at practice. It felt great to not goes as fast with the extra miles for this morning.
