9.55 miles in the morning.

10.20 miles in the evening.

I went exploring for a new loop to run.  I went out to Ivins and then down through the Santa Clara Valley.  I then went over towards Sunbrook and then back up to Sunset.  I went from their back into the Santa Clara Heights.  It was a good little loop that I will probably do more often.  It was a nice change of scenery.  Just beat the 7:00/mile guy this morning.

Ran with the club tonight.  We started at the running store and then did our 10 mile loop.  It was good conversation and it was fun having Kamm Davis with us.  He talked a ton about ultra-marathons.  He is a stud!

I've always wondered if you could go that way. Is that the same canyon that has water?

Logan! It was a great time. 2nd in the ultra.. We missed having you along. You guys rocked the course. Sasha passed Shane heading up east canyon. We told shane just let him go... How's down South treating you?

Katey and I are loving it down here. She has started helping out with girls soccer and I start cross country practice next week. It has been hot but I have enjoyed the running. Also, we are about ready to close on a house. Yeah!

Nick,

You and Chad need to bring your families down.

That would be a blast. We'll have to plan something. Good luck with the xc coaching. You'll do awesome. When's the next big race?
