11 miles in the morning.

9 miles in the evening.

I woke up and was feeling really good.  I went into Entrada and it was really beautiful once again.  The weather was great which made for an enjoyable run.  I averaged 6:50/mile overall.

The Celtics were smashing the Lakers so I went out for my run at halftime of the game.  I went out along the Snow Canyon Parkway.  I swallowed some bugs and got my protein for the day.  Kept it nice and relaxed.

Hey man i don't think i want to do a 10 miler tommorrow. I am feeling a little sore and don't want to further it for this weekend. We can do a couple next week, and we have all summer. I want to be in top shape for this weekend with no soreness, so i am just going to do easy miles the next couple days.

Did you talk to Katie? My wife was just trying to plan what she is going to do. Give me a call when you know what's up.
