Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

4 miles in the morning over to my parent's house to pick up some screws for a new shelf in our house.  Nice and easy.

8.5 miles at the club run tonight.  I ran with Clyde, Nate, and Josh this evening.  It was a cool 96 degrees when we started.  It did help to have a slight breeze for the entire run.  We ran to the corner to see if anyone else was coming and then went and did the Bloomington Loop.  Clyde decided to push the pace the last 2 miles so we finished pretty strong.  Nice to get a solid run in.
