Hello everyone!  This is Logan and I am not dead but I sure have felt like it.  I appreciate those of you who have checked on me to see how I am doing.

I have been dealing with some hamstring and hip issues the last 6 months or so.  I have gone to physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and my right leg doesn't want to get better.

I have run 3-5 mile days here and there but nothing consistent.  Everytime I go out for a run it starts to hurt on my right side within a mile of running.  I am taking it one day at a time and hopefully can get something consistent going here shortly.  I am trying to stay optimistic about things but it gets frustrating at times.  I was really looking forward to doing Squaw but all my focus now is to try and get better.  I don't have any races planned and will see if I can get the leg better.  It has been nice to spend more time with Katey and the rest of the family.  She has appreciated it but understands I am grumpy for not being able to run :)

I have an appointment with a doctor who runs this Friday and he claims he can fix my leg.  We will see.

I will head out for a long bike ride now to try and get some sort of exercise.  Happy trails everyone!

You are alive. Steve and I had bets and he though you were actually dead...

Lets get together for a ride sometime or a short run if you game.

Yeah, hope the doctor can help you out with this leg issue

i am glad you didn't die. Man I think most of us can sympathize with you. I had sciatic for 6 months it was a pain. I thought I would never get better. I really hope the new doc can help. Sometimes fresh hands/mind is all it needs. New ideas:) Hears to your leg getting better.

Hey Logan. Sorry it's been a tough go. Relax, and keep on with the rehab. Eventually it will come back.

Hope you get better. Enjoy the family time, in the meanwhile.

Good to see some activity on the blog page. I know it's probably the last place you want to go when you battling an injury. Get yourself better.

Hang in there my friend. If you need a blistering slow run, you can call me anytime. Maybe this new Doc will work out.

I hope you and the Doc's can figure out your ailment and you can get better soon...nothing worse than a crabby runner who can't run (at least that is what my wife says!) ;-)

Just got hooked into the site. Get better man. We'll see you for the start of XC season, if I am still invited to usher the stragglers!!

Logan.... glad to see you are still kicking! Can you believe its almost been to years since we learned about the 'Evasive SideKick' (Wasatch Back). You'll be back - pounding us into submission in no time.

Wow, I was thinking, what's up with Logan? So sorry you are waylaid, and I hope you are up and running again soon.

Logan, I hope that the rest of June and July have paid off.

You probably don't check this any more, but I wanted to tell you that the meet turned out great. And even though it's none of my business, you should start blogging. For the little people.
